Wednesday 19 December 2012, Thurston County Courthouse—
Pre-trial motion to dismiss was heard today, Judge Christine Pomeroy, retired, pro-tem, ran an orderly court room. Scott took the stand for nearly two hours. The hearing required more than 3 hours, and will be continued. The defense will have a chance to re-direct. And then the prosecution will have an opportunity to call its witnesses to testify.

of the signs people held were seen to read, "Scott is not a criminal!!!"
